Social Prescribing in Primary and Community Care in Wales

This event, hosted by the Primary Care Hub, Public Health Wales, will:

• share information about the social prescribing landscape in Wales

• outline the developing national framework for social prescribing in Wales

• seek the engagement of primary and community care colleagues via a Q&A session

• outline next steps for the national framework and identify work needed to support primary and community care’s role in social prescribing in Wales
